When you place an order or join our email list, we collect the information needed to serve you: your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. Payment information is processed securely by our payment providers and is never stored on our servers.

How we use it

We use your information to fulfill orders, provide customer support, send care instructions and order updates, and — only if you've joined the Gatsby Baby family — share nursery inspiration, new releases, and early access to limited collections. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not collect information about children — our customers are parents, and our site is directed at adults.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies to keep your cart working and to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser; the shop will still work, though your cart may not persist between visits.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing hello@gatsbybaby.com. We respond to every request within 30 days.
