Ships in 1–2 business days
Orders leave our warehouse within one to two business days. You'll receive tracking as soon as your rug is on its way, and most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
Easy 60-day returns
Live with the rug in your room. If it isn't right — the color, the size, the feel — return it within 60 days for a full refund. We'll email a prepaid label; the rug just needs to be clean and in its original condition.
