Using this site
By using the Gatsby Baby website, you agree to these terms. The site is intended for adults purchasing products for their homes; you must be 18 or older to place an order.
Products and descriptions
We work hard to describe every rug accurately — materials, construction, care, and testing status. Where testing is in progress, we say so. Where a claim has not been independently verified, we don't make it. Colors may vary slightly between screens and dye lots.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and include free standard shipping to the contiguous United States. We may cancel or refuse an order in cases of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — and we'll always tell you promptly and refund in full.
Returns
Our 60-day return policy is described on the Shipping & Returns page and forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All designs, photography, and written content on this site belong to Gatsby Baby. Please don't reproduce them without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Gatsby Baby rugs are household textiles, not safety devices. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gatsby Baby is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
